Hello, everyone!
Today I am sharing this shift dress with a scalloped neckline and flounce. I used a crepe fabric that has been in my stash for quite a while.
I decided on this style for the crepe fabric since it drapes so well and is perfect for a flounce.
The flounce I drafted for the pencil skirt with side flounce came in handy here.
I first basted it onto the front panel before adding the side panel.
