Hello, everyone!
The end of 2018 is upon us, and it was quite a hectic and eventful year for me. I was finally able to start my sewing blog.
Best of all is the fact that I have finally completed a new pattern drafting book for beginners, which I started last year in between teaching. The book is filled with modern illustrations and blocks for dresses, skirts, pants, sportswear, and more. Writing this book was extremely time-consuming and left me with bloodshot eyes at times, but it was certainly worth it. More on this will be discussed in the new year. I would like to thank you all for your support.
My project for this week is made from a luxurious suiting fabric that has a slight sheen.
The waist panel is made from taffeta, which I interfaced.
I opted for covered buttons and loops.
