White Jacket With Rick Rack Trim

Hello Everyone!

It certainly has been a long time since my last post. The projects I worked on, took much longer to complete then I expected. I decided on this simple jacket to gently ease my way back into sewing and blogging.

Even though rick rack exudes a retro look, it certainly added a bit of elegance to this jacket.

Sewing the trim is demonstrated in the post of Sleeveless Shift Dress With Rick Rack Trim.

I lined the entire bodice and made lined patch pockets. See the tutorial on how to make lined patch pockets.

Polyester suiting was used for the trousers and jacket.

Have a great weekend!
